Affectionately known as J. Black, a native of Los Angeles California with ties to the Hampton Roads area in Virginia, Jeret Black is a uniquely gifted song
writer, arranger and vocalist. As a Hampton University graduate with a degree in Entrepreneurship, Jeret has now developed his love for music and
writing into a flourishing venture and career. His unique look and style perfectly matches with his colorful spectrum of writing and vocal artistry,

Additionally, with certain and irremovable roots in the church, Jeret began singing as far back as he can remember. With singing always in some form
or fashion being a part of daily pleasantry in his household, Jeret presently finds himself singing background for both well known music icon Snoop
Dogg on the “imagine that tour” with Mike Epps and the refreshing TVTsongstress Teedra Moses. As a member of 1500 or Nothin, Jeret continues to work with various local artists in the Los Angeles and Hampton Roads markets, and plans to strategically place himself in positions where he can consistently and effectivelytouch the masses through his diverse melodic compositions & vocal abilities.
